Sunday, Oct. 4, 12:45-2:45, $35
Facilitated by Kevin Paul & Jay Allen
Join psychic medium and paranormal investigators Kevin Paul and Jay Allen for a fascinating 2-hour workshop that reveals the truth behind paranormal phenomena. Through real-life case stories, intuitive insights, and a breakdown of both spiritual and scientific investigation methods, you’ll learn how to recognize genuine paranormal activity—and how to tell it apart from fear, emotion, or environmental causes. You’ll also discover how investigators use tools like EMF meters, spirit boxes, and thermal cameras, and how Kevin blends intuitive abilities with grounded investigative approaches.
Participants are invited to share their own experiences for live, compassionate analysis and personal recommendations. If you’ve ever wondered what’s really behind unexplained events, this workshop offers clarity, empowerment, and a deeper understanding of the unseen.

A vision quest is a sacred, transformative rite of passage in many Native American cultures, particularly among Plains tribes, involving a 1–4 day period of isolation, fasting, and intense prayer in nature to seek spiritual guidance, purpose, or a guardian spirit.
You are invited to experience a vision quest! You will be lead, using a Blackfeet Native American drum's heartbeat, down into the Earth, moving into deeper spiritual connections.
You will have the opportunity to share your experiential process, if you desire, with the group once we return to full awakening. Discover clues to help you grow deeper spiritual roots.
About the facilitator: Laura Lee Perkins, BME, MS has authored 18 books, published 150+ articles, and recorded 5 CDs and 3 audio-books. Recipient of 14 grants and 5 artist residencies, Laura is a "Chicken Soup for the Soul: Hope & Miracles" author. Laura teaches 50+ Native American Flute and Life Skills classes each year.

Facilitated by Rev. Nancy Parry
A healing wheel of white light is a guided visualization practice used in meditation to cleanse energy, restore balance, and create a protective energetic shield around the body.
The guided meditation immerses participants in the healing energies of each chakra, places the individual in the center first, to receive healing, then invites participants to visualize their loved ones and/or pets in the center, the hub.
The Wheel of White Light ascends further and further, finding a place among the stars. The brightest star in the night sky is that Wheel, which continues to generate healing. Participants can return to this experience whenever they choose.

This is a time of sharing and joy as we say farewell to Fall and greet the shorter days.
"As Winter Solstice marks the point of death and rebirth in the wheel of the year - endings and new beginnings, this is a chance to drum with gratitude and reflection on the year past, and drum to welcome the gifts and opportunities of the year to come." Jonathan Weekes
Join us at the Augusta Spiritualist Church for the Great Thunder Chicken Drum ceremony of 8,000 Sacred Drums. The Great Thunder Chicken Drum is a teaching and healing “Drum” which welcomes children and adults to participate and learn. All are encouraged to bring rattles or hand drums.
The Great Thunder Chicken Drum were brought together by Peter Baldwin in mid-coast Maine. They have performed harmoniously during solstices and equinoxes in response to ancient Otom/Toltec/Teotihuacan prophecies about healing our Mother Earth. Today their quarterly ceremonies are performed synchronously in 192 countries with the internet, to heal all persons, relationships and ecosystems within our galaxy and beyond.
